Filing for the board exam? What you'll expect when filing?
PRC Central Office is located at P. Paredes St. cor. N. Reyes St., Sampaloc, Manila.
PRC opens at 8am, you need to come there around 5am for you to be in front of the line. Youll expect a long line from applicants and renewals.
There are vendors outside: there are photo shops, Notary publics, xerox copiers, and computer shops. Dont entertain fixers, suddenly someone might approach you. Beware also from snatchers, just dont bring valuable things which are hot to the eyes. Bring snacks, water and candies, and just bring handy things as well. Bring fans and towels, its hot both inside and outside the office. Youll expect that its a long and tiring process, it may last for 4hrs for the entire process(depends the number of applicants and renewals). Come in a group, for a faster process and bring a stamp pad some stamp pads in PRC doesnt have inks. You can buy your mailing envelope outside the office but buy the metered stamp directly from PRC.Your proctor will ask you to provide another metered stamp which is bought directly from PRC. Bring extra money there might be some fees which is not included on the actual testing fee. There are comfort rooms inside the premise but expect also a long line on it. PWD and pregnants have priority lanes. Dont forget your Notice of Admission (NOA) thats your passport for the board exam. Vendors outside PRC also sells review materials and past board test questions, but just dont rely with the answers and contents.
If you want it to be less hassle, file ahead of time and ahead of the final submission. Good luck and expect the unexpected nurses. This is the second to the last step upon reaching your dreams.
