Mongol Pencil vs Faber Castell Pencil

During board exams pencil no. 2 is used to shade the scantron or the answer sheet. Some uses Mongol some prefer  Faber castell.

Whats good with Mongol pencil no.2? Its cheap, you can buy it anywhere, you can buy it even outside the exam area. Its the traditional pencil which is used for exams. Has a ready to use eraser on top. Has easy grip due to its octagon diameter or shape. Can be easily sharpen.. Its down side: Some are fake, lead and some have cracks which easily break. Some not preferred for heavy shading, its messy, fragments of lead are spread in your sheet. Shading spreads when touched, will find your hands dirty after exam.. You'll suffer if your hands easily becomes wet or if left handed.

With Faber castell no.2, better choose the exam pack.. Some review centers prefer to use it, they say that it only commits low percentage of errors compared with mongol. They run tests between those pencils, and shades from faber are accepted by the machine versus shades from mongol. The lead doesnt easily break, not yet commercialized. It also has a great grip effect due to its diameter.  Its not messy and shades doesnt easily spread. No fragments from the pencil and has consistency with shading. Its down side is that its more expensive and can buy it in major bookstores or department stores.

These are just my thoughts about the two pencils, and only gave suggestions. I'm not saying that when you use this specific pencil it will give you the assurance that you'll pass the exam.. Passing depends with the examiner, the readiness and the confidence in facing the battle. The results comes with you, not with the pencil and not with anybody else.
